How to use it?

This hack is really nice but game is lagging using it. I don't mean really lag, but game is not fluid when you use this hack and I really have no idea why.

How did you get it to work? I can't seem to make it work, even after Elite encryption, I've used all sorts of injectors and for some reason perx doesn't work on my PC. :L
