Mw3 Connecting to online services

Well Starting yesterday, my mw3 has stoped working, it runs fine and all but when i hit play and try to connect to online services it sits there for 2-3 mins then pops up a error stating mw3 servers are not avialible at this time please try again later well i googled around as normal find a few solutions tried them all none of them worked, current information and things i have done.

Disable anti virus: Dont have none
Allow mw3 threw firewall: Firewall turned off
Uac: Off
port forward: Done.
try it a few times just keep hitting playone
Reinstall Steam: Done
Reinstall mw3: Done

I have tried nomorous amounts of things just nothing is working do any of you guys have a suggestions? or fix to it.

Well now that i look at my steam status is says vac banned :| well time for my 2nd account DDD thanks jorndel!
