Ya, Just what yard said. All you really have to do is make a simple call to them saying to them that your account is fine, and they will ask you basic questions. Like i got my account limited for the first payment i received cause they were jelly of me getting back. And to get your paypal verified (as yard did) there are many easy methods on google that get it verified instantly for free without a credit/debit card (that belongs to u)
