Playing OUTSIDE of US

hey there,im just download and setup mabinogi just fine and since it was nexon so i knew there was going to be an IP block for those who play outside of US.now the question is how do u bypass that IP block cuz when i use my way to bypass IP block just now,it said er...something like outside the server or something like that when i press the Start button on the main screen.

oh yeah btw,my way of bypass IP block is through proxycap 3.15.i found the method in the Vindictus hacks.the IP is used is certainly from america so if u cant help me its fine too cuz this is for my sis,not for me XD

lol yeah they are....and i think autralian is the unluckiest one cuz games like vindictus never reach there...correct?(might sound harsh but forgive me if i slip out of the line)
