Yeah I still am. The problem is I don't have my paypal verified and they want me to put a bank card which I can't. So I'm hopeless.

Well I guess nothing can't be done at this point. Unless I convince my dad putting his credit card into my paypal, which I highly doubt he's going to do that.

And as for verified, as long as it was verified with a kssn(when they used to use it) or verified by korean phone, it's good.
