Illegal. Will get you more problems than just a banned Steam acc.

I totally agree with Nico! Illegal and will get your steam account into loads of trouble. Try other methods to succeed what your trying to accomplish. Anything like hacking steam wallet or hacking items will DEFINITELY get you banned.
