crashes on the loading screen where the guy is running. like every other hack since the patch. win 7 x64

i have a sony vio windows 7 home premium (←whatever that means) and 64 bit operating sytem i have used portal and perx and C.A. runs but the file either doesn't inject or just doesn't show or work but either way i can't use, any thoughts on this???? please reply A.S.A.P.
