How to change a creative world to survival world?

Hello, I need help on changing a creative world to a survival world, is in singleplayer. I got the world from my friend, and he has a bunch load of goods, so i wanna change it to survival world so it would be more fun. so can someone teach me how to change the mode?

To do that install singleplayer commands and when you hit inventory there will be a button at the top that sais "creative" uncheck it and you go to survival.then save and its now a survival map

All you have to do is go one minecraftforums.net and search in the box Singleplayer commands
