Gif resize

How do I properly re-size a GIF? I want to make it small enough, so that it'll fit in place as my profile pic.

Use GIMP, or give me the image I will do it for you real quick.

Any decent image-editing software can split up a gif and resize each layer. I personally stick to PS + external program to animate

I can do it in Photoshop for you if you want. Just give me the image and the proportions you want it in.
