Combat arms Albania Loggin Poblem

I don't know if they just ip banned the whole country.
Because both my and my friend cannot loggin into combat arms. We have the same isp though.

Its fine till the login screen and then when i click login , no error appears i just closes the game and opens a nexon pop up advertisment.

I tried to loggin with vpn and it worked.I am wondering if they did jus ban my isp ip's and how to fix this?

You're IP is probably not banned.
Ask your ISP if you could get an IP refresh because after downloading a lot of torrents, you're IP may be overwhelmed with connections.
(just make up random bullcrap, the Customer Support are very dumb).

check if that works
CA has huge glitches with their game currently, and theres a LOT of crashing issues.
