Well, most haven't bothered to add a scanner to their trainer. Or they don't know how too
That is the reason why most haven't added this

Could you add a One Hit Kill Feature? It sucks to play Surivival and have to shoot 200 times at an enemey to kill him (a hotkey to activate/stopp like Kolo2000 said would also be nice )
