Like seriously the Amiunt of people that hack including high ranked accounts just get banned for a while and they start again, why can't they just ban the account first time? I've been banned 4 times on one account and on the 5th I got permenantly blocked. No wonder people stopped playing the game

No they don't.
Simply because the number of players who actually pay for ZP (Pro Players) is decreasing relative to the hackers.
As They want people to 'invest' more money in the game , They need pro and old players to keep playing.

Thats because you're getting banned by the autoban system; this system requires 3-4 strikes in order to be banned permanently with detected cheats, its fine how it is because users that steal accounts abuse the system in order to ban good accounts that dont have SQ. Players that are reported manually through support system are banned permanently without chance.

of course Z8Games hate hackers. Every gamemaker does. Wouldn't you get ticked off if you just made a sickass game and in less than a month people start hacking in it? I would.

I think the reason Z8Games doesn't just perm ban or IP ban them the first, is because of money. The money they buy on ZP goes to their 'bank". I think they want/need more money, so they try keep every players alive for a long time. This is why the first account you hack you get ban, the second acc, then the third you get perm banned. If you keep doing this for 10th account your going to get IP ban.
That's what I think it is, if I'm wrong, then please point it out to me.

Well, they don't support hackers but don't have a strict policy against hackers. Lots of people who use hacks buy ZP (including me), and permabanning them would discourage them from playing more and buying more ZP.
