I have convery mt pic to bitmap format,but after i replace,it show the client is no responding? HELP!~

can you helpme.?by try to find the way to change mat image at log in page.can you help me?now mat image at the log in point so hot image..untill my mum scolded me..!me is cib player..but still can use your way to change the image.so please help me..!

i press replace...
then i close it and open MAT i cant change
even i opened MAT and replace..(didnt close also nothings happen)
