Looks alright in my opinion, the top of his hair is roughly cut or but other then that is looks good.

There is years and years of process when doing Graphic Designing, you are far from it. You need to play around with Photoshop and watch some tutorials to get a better idea of what to do in the images.

Lol? I already create graphics I'm just sticking my toe into different areas of computer graphics, don't act like you're a pro I've seen some of the things that you've made.
