Hgwc error stops at 99 percent

is not working for me .... it just freezes at 99%
... i lost RF100.rez yesterday after trying a hack/./.
hgwc said "FR100.rez has changed" then it got delted...

could this be the problem? @Hero

The CF finally worked after downloading it again but is toke a lACK OF TIME
