because win 7 use mituble prossing and more good than win xp
but xp use plarel ports and open ports for CF
so its less ping and less fps
win7 normal ping and high fps

Ping 30? kidding too? no one in egypt have ping 30!
Best ping in egypt is 62 and in uk servers

1st of all File Is Changed Problem Hasn't to do With Type of Windows... Windows 7 Is Most Original Windows Besides Win8B That YOu can't play cf on it yet... I Think YOu can try Re-download the game or re-install the game in another directory like /C for example (This Helped Me) Any ways I Hope I Helped and Thank You.

Least Ping in Egypt is 60 555555555555555 LIIIEEEEErrrr and I doubt you have 150 fps+ ...... Stop Lying,,,
