Ways to fix up HW Ban
If you know that your CPU is banned, do this:
Try booting without CPU, and then turn your computer off and put CPU back in.
It works with AMD Athlon, (The hardware generates an S/N evertyime you connect or disconnect it from the Motherboard.)

If you know that your Network adapter is banned, put the network card in a diffrent PCI slot and let it install drivers again (generates new S/N) works with: realtek and VIA cards

If you know that your motherboard is banned, you are fucked over .

If you know that your MAC is banned, change the mac address through DOS, or your router settings (there are other tools, www.fuckinggoogleit.com)

If you know your IP is banned, use an extern proxy which will redirect your IP to another and another.
