Is There A Way To Be Moderator in RS

HEY Ok im just wondering if there is a way to be moderator without Being Good In game and all that stuff plz comment.

Also im buying and rs account Swaping really

1) Don't go on RuneScape cheating sites.
2) Be nice to players.
3) Report accordingly.
4) Get to know a current mod and have them recommend you.

Basically you just have to play, you cannot go around looking for people just to report them.

Try actually playing but do report people you see cheating, also be sure to post on the forums regularly because that will help a lot, and like bugmenot said, be nice to players and try to help anyone who is seeking it.
