Well you dont really have to repeat what @Temperrr just said @RamarulesAlt -.- but I would say m4 patriot is best. Or id switch to m4 spring cause of reload and no scope (scope blocks view)

If your talking about the overall, then M4 Patriot is better ofc...
The power accuracy all that is same, just the patriot's reload rate is faster than any other M4 Variants EXCEPT I believe M4 Spring.
