How does it work?

So when I got 1 v 1 in farming i get around 900 EXP

But when you go with 2 I get 600 EXP

How does that system work...

i get from 1 vs 1 300 exp and from 1 vs 2 600 exp and 1 vs 3 900 exp ( cuz i get more killes )

Not true.
EXP is 70% based on your amount of kills/deaths. Like if you have 100 kills and 0 deaths obviously your going to get like 1000-2000 exp.
The remaining 30% of the exp system is based on the game mode. If you get 100 kills and 0 deaths in EM (not possible but let's just say), then you'll get like 5000 exp.

How many player and how many kills? on what map?

Depends on time also
Example: 10 minutes killing 150 times 1 player afk
8 minutes killing 150 times with 2 players afk
5 minutes killing unlimited times 3 players afk

its better 5 minutes with 3 players killing unlimited times...
