How To Change The PassWord?

I have alot free accounts from this site. I put them in a note. All SA not work.. How do the fxck i change it?
First Change E-Mail addres right? But It always said the SA is wrong. What Does SA excalty means? Does It means [S]ecurity [A]nswer?
If so.. I always had put the right SA.. Why It wrong?? I got alot free accounts with SA and i tried for each..
I thought it is look like..
1. Go to log in your acc in z8games.com
2. Click My Account
3. Click Account Management
4. Click Change E-Mail Address
5. Enter Your SA
6. Enter The New E-Mail Address You Want Then Enter Again
7. Click CHANGE Z8GAMES LOGIN PASSWORD
8. Enter Your PassWord That You Using
9. Enter The New Email
10.Enter New Password
11. Enter New Password Again

My sense tells me The steps is right.. But The Problem is It always say the SA is wrong -.- Any Soultions?
Or Give Me The Correct Steps?
Or Make A video?
