New way for speed hack

hi guys,
You know the "StuntTime" string ? yea somebody uses it for a no knock back... but today i released that if you make it whit a negative value you got speed hack.

happy hacking and remember too much speed = clint error

i tried it and worked i have put -100 as value but its give client error to much speed but it works @kmanev073

use -1

but still get error

make smaller

there are client error even with 0.5f; value

negative i said wioth 0 there isn bug

+ i just posted it bcs of the new way

i didnt said that it works without error

i know i put negative value -0.3 works (mini speed hack good ) send error report pop up when you join a mutant game (zombie mode ,hero mode , etc)
