Seriously? You think they will come back after most hosting sites are closed (They only allow you to download what you uploaded). It's 50/50 , There are still alot of sites that still allow you to download. But over a while of observing alot of links , They seem to delete copyrighted material faster than before. (In some cases , Only 2 days )
Torrents ftw (Although I miss MV).

All they need to do is relocate the servers to Sweden like Demonoid and TPB or put the servers on a freight ship in international waters (I forget which site did this)

That would work, but Demonoid and TPB are torrents so speed is depending on the seeds, if the server were in Sweden the speed would be pretty poop.

so we'll need servers around the world designed specifically for transfer but not hosting, that might work maybe they should make a couple man made islands and just stick the servers on those

Um....SOPA is NOT done with, it's simply on the back-burner. They're probably going to pull it out when we least expect it and pass it at like 4AM on a Holiday like they did with the Patriot Act.

But, it would be fucking awesome to see MU and MV come back, I don't think it will sadly. :S
