MC Opening problem (major)

I've installed a copy of 64-bit and downloaded everything and shit, and I'm having trouble with MC.
I've downloaded MC and logged in, and the first time it ran good.
So then I opened MCPatcher to put some mods in, and it gave me a message something about re-installing the jar file.
So I deleted minecraft.jar and opened MC again to update it, and it keeps getting stuck here without downloading anything at the "done" page.
I waited 5 minutes and then the black screen appeared. What is the cause of this? How do I fix it?

Fix: Delete .minecraft (Save you're worlds), And re-install Minecraft.
