Questions about making 3Box automatic

So in order to make a macro that does for you the F5 and killing oneself with nade and repeating the process, what do I need to know?
Can it be done by lua script? Or a customized ddl file like with thr PerX Injector?
If it's possible what programming language\s do I need to know?(How to make ddl for perx or where to learn lua language)

I use Mouse Recorder Pro 2 to farm.

To make a .dll file you need c++. Just search macro recorder in google and find a good 1.
