Getting bad framerate when using my own camo.

Im using my own made camo and i am getting really bad framerate i mean REALLY bad.
Wen i look to the sky i get about 50fps when im running around i get 15-25 fps.
If anybody knows why??
Cause i only have this when i am using the camo.

Wird, what happens when you disable specular map?

specular map i guess thats in the graphics menu from mw2?
