Ping Changer request

If anyone knows how to make a program that will change your ping in crossfire to a certain # or if they are able to make it scale between two different #'s it would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for one so that I am able to play on Delta on CF NA without getting kicked by all of the BR's for having low ping ^.^ OR if someone knows of a program i can use that does that, can you give me a link?

B4 some time there was 1 i think..
some guys were playin with 0 ping all the time, and this is impossible, i guess.
Whatever i have no clue howto do something like that, im a newb !

It only changes the text indicating your ping, but your real ping stays the same.

The bug was, when they've been showed with a 0 ping and fly in air.
That what i mean is they were playing and got a 0 ping !

Also just a bug, there where rooms where everyone have had 0ms.

There's no such as programs decrease your ping.
Its depends on your internet connection,For low ping get better connection [Just costs some money]

0 ping isnt impossible, its when your using custom clients that doesnt take ping as a variable therefore leaves it as NULL
