I honestly think to download public hack a member should atleast have like 50+ post including me. Its so easy for a newb to get here put 1 post down and just keep comming back for the hacks only. banning all those people would be a lot of work for the mods and admins
im sure if that would be the case there would easly be 100+ bans a week and after the next patch detects the pub hacks allll the people with 1 post will come back and destroy the forum with spam...

But making it 50 post requirement will cause a lot of spam on the forums. Hyperion did this before with the public warrock hacks post requirement, and it caused a lot of spam and flame wars. You have to think of the downside about stuff like these.
