How to get HMX Ribbion

We can play Ordinary Hero Mode or Hero Mode X

i played 15days Continues Hero Mode X [ Xeno ] But i hav't Get HMX ribbion

So i got Confusion Please Answer me...

ribbon 33 in HMX: You have successfully completed all Hero Mode X patch weekend events

Hero Mode does not equal to Hero Mode X. They are two different modes.

You have to wait 5 day max. to recevived the ribbon i have wait 7 days for my m4a1-C Crystal.

Then just wait some days and send Z8Games a ticket if you still do not have it .. (only if you are 100% sure that you have played 100+ games)
