Looking to learn how to make apb reloaded hacks

What program do you use (I think id use c++ but not sure and have no clue on making the hack) and what exactly do i do, i have never really compiled a hack into a .DLL so i am a little newer to that side but i do know how to make an executable file.

Learn the basics. After that then you can start asking questions specifically regarding APB.

OK i know how to use decimals hex octal and others, know i need to know what variable scanner i use to search for hex decimals and octal like cheat engine but made for APB also this should be help full for others to use and gain a sense of knowledge of how too.

Use something like ollydebug. Enable Kernel Mode. This helps keep you out of the line of fire AKA Punkbuster ;D
