But this IS Nexon we are talking about. They are too lazy/greedy to implement ANYTHING like that.

for starters, a shitload of people have DYNAMIC ip's (ur a noob) which means they get assigned a different ip upon each connection. If you ban their ip, all they have to do is turn their gateway off and on again and presto, new ip.

As for the people who have STATIC ip's (ur a noob) which means their ip stays the same, there are several ways to hide/change your ip.

If Nexon go ahead with ip banning, I'd be really suprised, because they should know it wont solve anything...And they know quality players will get frustrated by noobs voting them out of rooms accusing them of hacking if they allow everyone to call a vote for free not to mention they will lose income from elite mod...Ive been kicked out of elite mod rooms so many times accused of hacking and ive been completely legit. I wish i did have hacks.

If they really wanted people to stop banning, they would've used a better anti hacking program than hack shield.

Nexon? Care? No.

They just don't want to actually DO anything. If you notice, they usually get hackshield shit going for a bit so they can laze around and not have to listen to the players complain about hacking, however once they get spammed full of hack reports, they usually take some sort of action so they stop getting hack reports.


They're throwing money at a problem that won't go away thinking that money will fix it. Obviously, they won't be able to get rid of hackers, but this will stop the hack reports for a bit so they don't have to do work.
