Well since I decided to play vindictus again, I noticed that they have Vindictus for steam now. There is also an event item you get for using steam.
I figured out how to transfer your existing vindictus files onto steam.
What you need to do is go to your steam folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common

Code:
1. Create a folder and rename it "vindictus" (without the quotes). 2. Next go to where your Nexon folder is and find the vindictus folder. C:\Nexon\Vindictus 3. Copy the en-US folder 4. Paste into the new steam vindictus folder. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\vindictus 5. Open up steam and go to the steam store. 6. Search "Vindictus" in the steam store. 7. Click "Play Game" 8. It should bring up a pop-up window that asks you to install, just hit "Next" 2 times. NOTE: At this point it should say something about Discovering Existing Files. If it doesn't you did something wrong. 9. Have patience for a couple minutes. Download should be really short now (I only had to download 4MB). 10. Play Vindictus! 11. Profit. 12. ?????
I think it should be noted that although nexon/steam requires you to link your account, you can still run vindictus.exe from the steamapps/common folder and login from the boat screen like normal. I haven't tried getting the steam overlay to work with this though since i'm not familiar with it.

I still use the exe when I plan on switching accounts mid game, but with steam I like be to able to communicate with other people on my friend's list, and do other things with steam community.
When I search for Vindictus at the Steam Store it doesnt find anything

Yeah I did that. I typed "Vindi" and it showed up Vindictus and the DLCs. But when I click on them it says that this Game doesn't exit. I think Steam just doesn't support the EU Server :/
You could always play on NA best server ever cough
