So... let me start by show you what is it APB...
well it will explain everything:


after you saw this great game, i want to tell you that all the game full of cashers (people who using many cash for this game) and premiums (which is not fair) well i know that you thoughts like "Hmm why didnt he buy a premium?!" or "why should i help you?!" or staff like that.
if you think like that right now get out of this thread right now.
so basically the district are already built. if you dont believe me check out these pictures:

the only problem now, is the get in the districts sources.
so that's why we are searching for Reverse Engineers.

I can coding in C# not very very good, i need some learning still...
