The usko edit skills bugged me in - game .

Hey , I'm kinda new in this community ^^

I coppy pasted and replaced the file (tried both of download links) and when i log ingame all my skills are ERASED (i can't see the image) and the skillbar - if i try to put like potions / scrolls i can't see it ... all my skills have deleted from my ''skill option'' ..
and the thing is , I've seen many people with TBL these days , and IDK how they manage to do double mp pot / doing hp + mp pot. an ex admin of a server told me its a server side , yet people are getting banned for that ... how ?
ofc if anyone knows how to do that and send me some files / instructions , i will pay him myself (serious only ofc)
