just do it like that. replace and than delete. I did it like that 2 times and it worked. Sounds kinda odd but it works, don't worry

I replaced the files..
And then deleted the Lib and Plugins, and replaced..
Although, I don't get why I had to replace the files, just to delete the folders and replace them anyways..
But then I click Garena.exe
and I get the error message 'Garena.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.' And then the 'Send Error Report' and 'Don't Send' buttons..

So, now I just replaced all those files, and I can't even start the game..

Install a fresh copy of Garena
Run it, it will auto update by itself
Login.
Go to Blackshot, Download the latest patch if there is
Exit Garena
Go into Garena Folder
Delete Plugins and LIB
Extract 123 and pudge 666 into Garena Folder
Start Garena.exe
Login
