First Attempt at Custom Control (Transparent Listbox)

I never got help from online resources so this is coded 100% from scratch.
So it might not be the correct way of doing this. I did it my way.

I made it from a label. I know i should of used a listbox but decided to start with that.
Im guessing some of you're pro at custom controls so if you have any suggestions, just say whats on your mind.

Features:
SelectedIndex
Add
RemoveAt
Remove
Contains
Clear
Change inner and outer border color.
Change highlight color and set alpha
Change selected item border color.
Scroll text. No scrollbar, just use your mouse wheel to scroll up/down
Remove item from list by double clicking it.
