About Spear and Long Bow Aiming

I just wondering, is it possible to make a Crosshair mod instead of Red Line aiming ?

I think it would be nice and easier to aim to the right spot.

I don't think that makes sense to be able to have a crosshair aim in Vindi because projectiles are not centered
