Noobish Question

So... I'm trying to do an Internal ESP for MW2. SO far, I've managed to hook the game EndScene and I have an old source from an external esp. Now, in order to my W2S to work correctly, I need to know how I can find the game window resolution. I know how to do it thru GetWindowRect, but, since I've hooked the D3D, I guess there's an easier (and faster) way to do this. Any ideas?

EDIT: Nvm, found a way
