try using a chinese vpn when your playing?
i play on chinese version, my ping is 7-20 but im in china.
i can play CF china with a usa vpn and my ping is about 50
so it does work.
what server are you in?
There is no way to lower ping. Ping is determined through internet and location. The ping you have is the ping you will always have.
