Anyone know a good way to increase fps?

Im looking for a good way to increase FPS but iv got it on lowest settings and i still get FPS lag every now and then but has anyone got somthing that increases fps? or any good tuts? Please posts, thanks

I have a perfect processor. i4 But can it still to do with the RAM?
