The only the K2 can do is email the domain owner and find out who's hosting and file a claim against the hoster. 99.9% time when the hoster hears of running a hacking site on thier servers, they shut the site down no matter when you paid monthly, by monthly or yearly. It follows under thier rights and regulations when you agree to them. Godaddy is one of the worst places to make a hacking site. Why? K2 is one of thier biggest clients as should say. I will tell you this and please all coders and those new to making any hacks dont use name of the game in the hack. That is for sure copyright infringement. Now that I think about it, K2 can sue for that reason and if any money was made off of a hack with the game name. Then yes they are intidled to have that money.
example " If I made a hack called MPGH VIP and made a site and people paid for vip just to use that hack, I can be sued under Copy Right" if you look below in the right hand corner you will see "Copyright 2002-2008. MPGH. All rights reserved" Thats if I done this all through 2002 and 2008! not saying update to 2009! hint hint.
