My Crossfire Account was Hacked

I'm so sad now, and I feel that I have no chance to have a colonel account again. Because my Colonel Account was hacked by others, because someone told me that they will report me after the game because of using hacks, then after a few days I can't access my colonel account and It says "Permanently Banned" with some numbers I think it's 76544-3234G.
