Honestly bro, I have no fucking idea. But if she is your friend, just ask her out to like the movies (not the movies really, its too much of a cliche, but not dinner either) just to some casual place like playland (do you have playland there?). Don't do it as if you're asking her out on a date, do it as if you are just going to hang out as friends. Do that a couple of times, and if she doesn't get annoyed (you can tell if she starts making excuses) then she is probably interested in you. Then just do that shit (go to more suggestive places, like the movies, or to something personal that she is interested in) until you kiss\do something romantic\etc... Never explicitly tell someone you are their boyfriend. Its just cheesy and fake if you do.

K wellp, that is your first step. You have to be comfortable around them first, and vise-versa. Otherwise, even if you do manage to get a date, it won't work out (it will be really awkward, trust me, I've seen that plan in action before. Unless both you and her are very out-going [and it doesn't sound like you are] it wont work.)

"Did you hear about (x)?" I used to read a shitton of CBC articles, so I always did something like that

Conversations that have clear direction are probably the best. Don't get in to some controversial shit.

There aren't any signs which shows that she actually likes you .
Although if she is having a great time , that shows she really like your company . If she is having a great time she will laugh , play with her hair , with her mobile and other stuff .

If you are talking with a girl and she walks away , but she is still laughing keep perspective . (keep trying)
If she walks away and isn't laughing , I suggest you to get out of the way .

So i love one girl, but she hates me !
The first time i met her, i thought she's my kind of girl!
I added her on facebook and messed up everything then after like 5 months i sent her request again, she accepted my request
I apologized and she forgave me and then again it was a fresh start but
I told her that i know you more than anyone else and then she asked me 2 questions i answered them correctly still she was like nah still you don't know me.
Then one day, i asked her to be my friend then she said ok just friend
I replied yeah just friend, we can't be BF GF
She said yeah, also i already have bf
i was like wtf
I replied "i know you don't have one"
She said i have one and only my good friends know him
I said nah you don't i know you more than anyone else
Then again i said: don't you know i m a reputed hacker, that is the reason why i know everything about you (she asked me once how you know about me) But i said this in a funny way
THEN, Don't know how out of nowhere she said "you are such a liar, go to hell"
then she removed me from friend list and then later when i tried to talk to her with messaging she blocked me
