but my lap top is good

I'm not sure if this works for laptop but usually for computers you need new graphics card and video card to boost up the fps

Go to Control Panel : Go to System and Security , Go to System

In the Left You will find : [Advanced System Settings] Click on it , A menu Will show up : go to [Advanced Tab] Click on Settings , Then Check on [Adjust For Best

50 to 90 FPS ? For me it doesn't look bad.
Anyways you can have 200 - 400 FPS + if you use an application called overclocking softwares.

Download MSIAfterburner ( Latest Version ) and read the instructions on how to use it.

50-90 FPS isn't too bad , I always played with 10-40 FPS .
Try using Game Booster .
