I have been concerned about how the some members of mpgh act. Several members show no regard for the rules, and have not been punished accordingly. If you feel some one is not following the rules, and have not been behaving maturely; put their name here. Do not flame.

This be a fucking totalitarian e-society. Some of us can get away with breaking the rules. Well, if my explanation doesn't satisfy you, think of it this way:

Senior members have higher rights than newcomers, so we can troll them all we want. The rule is that the staff must be more lenient towards spammers than lurkers. So it's not necessarily breaking the rules if the rules are unfair.
