for all ho is is afraid of getting hacked by the remote access trojan. read this How to disable Remote Desktop by using Group Policy and this How to Block Remote Connections to a Windows XP Computer and acouple of advices from me i recomen to have a antivirus like avg or nod32 and when you see that your pc is controlled do not freak out turn of your pc as fast as you can. good luck for all

Here is some additional advice that I would recommend (according to foxd23 I take no responsibility if you really do this):
1. I recommend that you install an antivirus program such as AVG or nod32.
2. If you see your computer being controlled, do not freak out. Just turn off your PC as soon as you can.
