Loadlibary Pls help :)

if i run the LoadLibary tool i can't open the Libary, get an error, Cannot find 'MSVCP80.dll'. Please re-install the application.

MSVCP allready pasted into system32 and in directory of the programm.

Please Help

I think it's cuz CShell.dll is protected
