Greetings, I just found a new method which makes you appear you you are a Steam administrator. Not sure if it works on the newer versions of Steam, but I do know it worked a time ago.
Method one: /Me <Text>
This will display any text you want after your name in complete blue if your "online" and completely green if your "in-game". This can only be used in Steam chat. Note, do not put your name where it says /me, use it as is!
Method two: TAB + CTRL + SHIFT + B or CTRL + ALT + TAB + B
Press and hold the above mentioned keys to bring up the secret menu, this doesn't actually make you an administrator because it was intentionally put there for clients to use. The Steam menu is made for advanced users, you can add things like radio and have fun with steam in all sorts of way. Depends on how you use it...
Method three: Use any server control hack!
Use any server control hack to modify the game play making you look like an obvious administrator. They might call you a hacker and report you, so you let them know who you are. The server control hack I normally use is in the attachments. You can do things like freeze players so they can't move and use the "epic mode" button to take all guns and give the default weapon. This isn't very useful, but you could try it...
Note: the attachment is a file I downloaded (from MPGH) and has already been checked for malware.

Method three is only with my hack ... Just saying ... 
I removed the attachment since it is already posted on MPGH and I doubt @Isaakske allowed you to repost his hack. And you need virrusscans and screenshots no matter what. So I would reccomend just putting in a link to Isaakske's hack.
