Two virus scans are required. If the file is modified in any way, that means the checksums of the file will change. If the checksums of the file do not match with the ones on the virus scans, it cannot be considered "the same". Add new ones.

I just explained that it is in fact not the same. The checksums on the file do not match, therefore new virus scans are needed. Screenshots would also be appreciated.
