This is not a registered ID?!

I started playing Maplestory again on a new Nexon ID and I get a message saying "This is not a registered ID," whenever I try to select the world. I tried searching for a solution online and it seems like other people have this problem also. Does anyone have a solution or a fix for this issue? I am definitely sure my account is verified; I have characters in Combat Arms, Dragon Nest and Sudden Attack, the verification e-mail is still in my inbox (although it has expired obviously), I have also tried resetting account information numerous times and I've sent a ticket which they would probably delete or reply years later. >_< I also do not wish to start on another new Nexon ID because I'd like all my characters from various games linked together. PLEASE help, many other people are probably having the same issue.

1. If you are logging in via the GameLauncher.exe found in your MapleStory folder, try logging in from the site instead. If you're logging in from the site, try the GameLauncher.

2. If you're logging in via your Nexon ID's username, try to login via the email address associated with the account instead. If you're using an email address, try logging in with your username (if you have one).

Shitty Nexon, driving players to hacking forums to get help for problems that should be solved through their ticketing system. Let me know if you get it working, good luck.
